Ullman Warranty

Ullman tools are engineered and manufactured to the highest quality standards.  They are designed to perform satisfactorily when used for the purpose for which they were intended.  For longer tool life and better service, protect your tools and do not misuse them.

Any Ullman tool which has not been (1) altered or (2) abused and which fails during its normal useful life to perform satisfactorily will be repaired or replaced at no charge if returned prepaid to the factory.

  1. Abused tools – tools that were improperly used and/or used for an application other than the original intended use.
  2. Altered tools – tools that have been altered or modified in any way, including but not limited to bending, cutting, grinding, heating, melting, sanding, sawing, or any other form of manipulation that changes the original shape.

The Ullman Digital Inspection Mirror, Metal Marker, and Camera Assisted Retrieval Tools (CART) are warrantied against manufacturer defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. Please save your receipt as it will be required to prove your date of purchase.

Nupla Warranty

All Nupla products are warranted against all defects in material or manufacturing. Nupla will repair or replace at our option, any Nupla product proved to be defective in materials or workmanship during the lifetime of the product. Castings, forgings, and shovel blades are not covered under this warranty. Normal wear and tear, abuse, improper care, and negligence are not covered under this warranty.

The Nupla reseller will be responsible for replacement or reimbursement to the end-user for the defective product returned to them. End users, contacting Nupla directly, will be asked to return defective products to their place of purchase. Nupla will issue credits to resellers and will not send replacement products to either end-users or resellers.

Hisco Warranty

All Hisco products are warranted against all defects in material or manufacturing. Hisco will repair or replace at our option, any Hisco product proved to be defective in materials or workmanship during the lifetime of the product. Castings, forgings, and shovel blades are not covered under this warranty. Normal wear and tear, abuse, improper care, and negligence are not covered under this warranty.

Saunders Warranty

Saunders has a one-year warranty on all our products against any defects in manufacturing or if the product does not perform as expected under regular use.

Midwest Products Warranty

Midwest Products does not offer a product warranty at this time.

Milestones Warranty

Milestones does not offer a product warranty at this time.
